Dr. Anupma Sethi is an Educational Therapist and founder of EmpowerKidz Learning Center. With more than 30 years of experience in the United States and India, she has dedicated her career to supporting children with dyslexia, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and other learning differences through evidence-based assessment, structured literacy, cognitive skills training, and individualized intervention. Anupma believes that every child deserves to be understood, identified early, and provided with the right instruction to reach their full potential. Throughout her career, she has partnered with families, educators, and schools to build awareness, empower parents, and advocate for equitable access to effective interventions.

As a member of the Decoding Dyslexia North Carolina Board, she is committed to advancing dyslexia awareness, promoting early identification, supporting families, and helping strengthen educational opportunities for students with dyslexia across North Carolina.
